Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

Canada:

• Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carthalomosaics@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
